At Fengo, we take the security of your data and services very seriously. Our processes, infrastructure, and organizational culture are focused on protecting your information at every stage of cooperation.
Data Security
Encryption. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is secured using TLS/SSL encryption (HTTPS). Data stored on servers is encrypted at the disk level.
Servers in Poland/EU. Our servers are located in Poland/European Union.
Backups. We regularly perform encrypted data backups to ensure their security and the ability to quickly restore them in case of failure.
Access Management
Data access only for authorized persons. Fengo employees have access to data only to the extent necessary to perform their duties and are obliged to maintain confidentiality.
Two-factor authentication (2FA). Access to administrative systems and sensitive data, whenever possible, is protected by multi-factor mechanisms.
Strong passwords and regular password changes. All employees use password managers and are required to change passwords regularly.
Compliance and Audits
GDPR. We process data in accordance with GDPR requirements, and each process has been analyzed for privacy protection.
Internal audits. We regularly conduct security audits of systems and processes.
Security policies. We have implemented information security policies and incident response procedures.
Application Security
Security testing. Our applications are regularly tested for vulnerabilities.
Updates and patches. We regularly update systems and software to eliminate known security vulnerabilities.
Secure programming practices.
Employee Training and Awareness
Continuous training. All Fengo employees regularly participate in cybersecurity and data protection training.
Incident response procedures. Every team member knows the procedures for responding to security threats.
